RULES
The ticket buyer expressly agrees to all the rules as stated herein, and bears the responsibility to read the rules before purchasing a ticket.
Purchaser of ticket warrants that he or she is of legal age. Minors may not enter the raffle.
Titling, taxes, licensing and transportation are the responsibility of the winner. Car will be stored free for up to 30 days by NC Storyfest for the winner's convenience if the winner does not reside in North Carolina. NC Storyfest will not be liable for any damages or loss during said storage period. NC Storyfest makes NO representation, warranty or promise regarding the specific car's condition, value, or suitability. Although the car is a "classic", it is also a used vehicle and may have unknown problems. Every effort is made to describe and picture it accurately.
The winner may elect to accept a cash prize of $1000 instead of the car.
Winner agrees that the NC Storyfest, Inc may use the winner's name, hometown and state, and a picture of the winner, for promotion.
